What a cool name! I love bagels and cream cheese, but the high carbs aren't good for me.
Bagels on Fire is a Toronto bagel restaurant chain which serves Montreal style bagels (aka the best bagels ever).
There are a few Montreal bagels joints in Toronto. So far, Bagels on Fire is my favourite. (It is so good that I no longer need to bring back any bagels when I visit Montreal.)

I like Philadelphia too, but the cream cheese that you can get at s bagel shop like this one will knock your socks off.
