Have you ever made bagels yourselves? I made twice a week before. However, I found they were too chewy. :-( Do you have any ideas that can advise me to improve it?

No it's not ready difficult but it takes times for waiting for the dough double up twice

Homemade bagels are the best. They are the softest, most tastiest pieces of bread. I like the blueberry bagels

You can mixed plain flour and bread flour or need more time for bulk ferment.

Good luck, there are some receipts online you can try and find the one good for you. Because the temperature also have an impact on that.
