What's for lunch?

I'm trying to get back on track with a low carb/no (or at least less) processed food eating regimen, so today's lunch was homemade chicken salad, a large red delicious apple, and cheddar cheese.

 

I always kid my boyfriend when he uses these dishes, calling them his toddler plates, but it worked well for my lunch today.

 

What's for lunch?

      I get plenty, but from good foods like fruits and vegetables, not processed junk with little to no nutritional value.

    And it makes a little avocado and peanut butter in your diet. It kind of helps with the weight loss and carbs.

      I eat a good quality natural peanut butter and put avocado in my breakfast smoothie.
