I know, I know! I love it!! For me, it is difficult and takes a long time to cook. That is why I only eat it on special days such as parties :)
My sister made us japchae, Korean potato starch noodles. Just sauté beef, bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms, eggs, spinach in sesame oil, add to noodles with soy sauce, sugar, garlic. This is one of my favorite Korean food
