Pepper jack cheese Quesadilla. It has flour tortilla and pepper jack cheese. So simple and so yummy. I end up adding some cholula hot sauce on it.

      Cholula is mexican Hot sauce. If you have  high spice tolerance it is not spicy. If you can't handle spice then it is. To me it's in the middle of spiciness.
