A good steak must: Be fully cooked...if it's still bleeding it ain't done! Not too fatty...I HATE when my meat is all fat & gristle... Outer sear..it's what holds all the juices in...don't nobody want dry steak Flavor ...a good steak shouldn't need anything but itself! Marinade 6-24hrs! If bone in it should fall right off... Im picky about my meats.. What's y'all's favorite recipe.
