Like a waffle but not!

I tried something new when I was at the zoo last week.  It's basically pancake batter cooked to crispy texture and smothered in either white powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.  I chose the cinnamon and it was delicious 😋  I wish I could remember the name of it!  It was so huge I took some home!
