Besoin d'aide

J'ai fait plus de 4 000 pas hier et je n'ai reçu aucune récompense. J'ai essayé de contacter le service client de l'application dans le menu déroulant, mais on m'a demandé de réessayer après avoir configuré mon compte dans l'application Mail. Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'expliquer ce que je fais mal et à quoi sert l'application Mail ?

    you didn't get any coins at all? Did you see a chest on your screen with your steps? Maybe log off and on again..

      If it was for yesterday, those coins are gone. They reset after midnight and no way to get them back.

      There's been two days that there was no chest and I had a ton of steps. I am also having problems with the reward ad games, glitching out and not getting my coins for that either. I'm guessing there's nothing I can do.
