Question cétogène : Quels sont les risques du régime cétogène ?

Un de mes amis travaille dans le secteur médical et son article sur le régime cétogène mentionnait quelque chose d’important.

 

Le régime cétogène est présenté comme un miracle pour la perte de poids et un mode de vie sain. Il s'agit en réalité d'un régime médical comportant de sérieux risques.

 

Ma question est la suivante : si vous suivez un régime cétogène, de quels risques êtes-vous conscient et que faites-vous pour minimiser ces risques ?
