Manger beaucoup de viande provoque-t-il de l’hypertension artérielle ?

J’ai le sentiment que la viande est un aliment qui peut être mauvais pour la santé.

 

La viande est une source majeure de protéines, vous ne pouvez pas ne pas en manger car elle fournit également des vitamines.

Il y a aussi beaucoup de gens qui consomment principalement de la viande et qui sont toujours en bonne santé.

 

Cependant, la consommation de produits d’origine animale est associée aux maladies cardiovasculaires.

 

On sait que cela existe.

Mais est-ce que manger de la viande est réellement lié à l’hypertension artérielle ? 🤔
