Quelqu'un d'autre a un problème...??

Quelqu'un d'autre rencontre-t-il des difficultés pour sauvegarder les photos horodatées prises pour les défis ? Plus précisément, pour le défi d'entraînement à domicile, pendant deux jours, le bouton « Enregistrer » n'apparaissait pas après la prise de la photo, malgré plusieurs tentatives (à différents moments de la soirée, et après avoir vidé le cache et les cookies). Je me demande si c'est moi qui ai écrit au support. Je suis maintenant disqualifié du défi, car il s'est déroulé deux jours différents et il m'en reste quatre, mais il ne reste que trois jours. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse ! 🌞💪 👟

      No not really. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, and clear cache and cookies (which I had already done with no resolution). They said if that doesn't work to take a screen recording, but my challenges are over now so I'll have to wait for a new one to start. It worked fine for me for the sky gazing challenge which I did first everyday. I wonder if it has anything to do with it. Heck IDK but it sounds like I'll have to forfeit another challenge to get the screen recording unless it's fixed by then *shrugs* I was soooo excited they brought the challenges back. It figures I can't complete due to something I have no control over - the problem is clearly on their end. Anyone else write in/hear back?

    Same for me,also having trouble doubling coins and running the ad to get in games for the 5 extra coins.
    I did contact support, they respond after a day or two, sent a screen video of the challenge process not working. They are reviewing the issues.
    I suggest you contact them so they know how many people are being affected.

    I also NEVER got my 100 coins for adding my cashwalk widget!! Several times I have not gotten my coins for other things. I downloaded the widget 7 or 8 times and none of them paid off!!

    My 10,000 step challenge in one day never paid off either!! Sweat coin works much better and they don’t cheat you!!! This site pays you Pennie’s!! Very cheap site!! And they take that!! Cash out is how to put money in PayPal, but they do withdraw which goes to them!!

    They are asking to create video and share with them. So that they can understand the issue and fix. Let's all record video and email them. Then only the issue will be resolved
