Something stupid they are trying and need to get rid of
Quand j'ai essayé d'encaisser 5 $, un cadenas s'est affiché et m'a indiqué que la seule option était 10 $ ou 15 $. Quelqu'un d'autre a-t-il rencontré ce problème ? J'ai assez de pièces (3 000), donc je sais que ce n'est pas un problème.

It started last week. I have now redeemed for a $10 gift card and the $5 has unlocked.

Why I need to redeem at 4000 coins, 8000 coins ??? But others only need 3000 coins,6000coins???

It depends on the country and device you are using. iPhone users need more coins for gift cards and android users can collect 200 coins instead of 100 per day.

When i tried to redeem i had almost 6000 coins And it took everything and I didn't even get my gift cards why

Same!! It keeps saying "try for $10/15 to unlock all options" like if I had enough for those I would get those but I don't and I have a nephew's birthday coming up so I'd like to give him a $5 gift card!

So in the US you walk less steps to earn more money? Is it still 1 coin per 100 steps?

Me too. I have over 4400 and wanted to get the $5 one. None of the cards are available at $5. I don't understand why.
