But why? They didn’t increase the point values? Like it still works out to $5 for 5000 points, they just locked it first and want you to withdraw a $10 one first. Like you’re going to get halfway there anyways? Just walk more then? I really don’t understand the complaints someone please explain?

I have 5000 points and I can’t redeem them. What a waste of time I’m deleting the app.
