Je ne porte pas de montre, mais j'envisage d'en acheter une pour suivre toutes mes statistiques de santé. Mais je ne suis pas sûr que ce soit vraiment utile. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

You have to decide what you want to do with your smartwatch and then actually use it. If you can do that, it is worth every penny. I have been wearing a smartwatch for many years now, not only for health metrics but also because of its convenient features.
