Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider à échanger des cartes, s'il vous plaît ?

quelqu'un peut-il m'expliquer comment je peux utiliser mes cartes de récompenses après avoir encaissé mes pièces pour mes pas... J'ai 3 cartes dans mon dossier de récompenses mais je ne sais pas comment les utiliser.

    Click on the reward you want to use, verify the phone number associated with your account, then copy and paste the alphanumeric code in the gift card section on Amazon to redeem

      I've done that and everything I click the redeem i get directed to a page for Amazon and it won't load ...I've tried all 3 Amazon gift cards and they all do the same thing...
Please help if you can .
