You just have to keep on emailing them. They really do takes forever.. just be persistent. It took me almost two months of emailing them several times a week to get my issue resolved.. sorry this is happening to you
J'ai soumis plusieurs tickets, mais je n'ai jamais reçu d'aide. Quelqu'un aurait-il des conseils si vous n'avez pas reçu de récompenses après avoir joué ? Ou, mieux encore, comment obtenir l'aide de l'administrateur ?
