J'essaie d'échanger mes points contre des récompenses pour la 100e fois. Je plaisante, je ne sais pas combien de fois, mais j'ai déjà utilisé mes points à de nombreuses reprises. Mais soudain, je veux les échanger à nouveau et j'ai plus de 4 200 points, mais une erreur inattendue (code 212) s'affiche.
Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée (💡) de la raison pour laquelle cela se produit et j'ai essayé de contacter par e-mail mais toujours pas de réponse.

I am having the same issue. I have over 58000 coins and have tried redeeming them but can't. I've already lost over 30000 for expired points due to system issues. I am no longer satisfied with this application and will be deleting it.
