Indeed, it is better to be in a regulated environment certain hours a day.

I do a lot of lab work, so I need to be there. It's rare I get to work from home.

Working from home has enabled me to reduce my meat consumption because I can just snack (on healthy things like veggies & hummus) whenever I'm hungry, rather than having to load up on calories whenever I'm "allowed" to eat. I think my exercise has improved, but only marginally. Whenever I get restless at my desk I can go take a quick walk or take a dance break 💃

Sometimes I'd love to do exercises at my desk, but in the office I'm self conscious!

It is easier working from home when you need to take a break, outside of that fake trips to the restroom or the needed socialization (got to ask so and so something) to physically move; not necessarily have someone looking over your shoulder; more organized

In the flip, it's more opportunities for distractions, little less live socialization, more apt to have something in your mouth, less organized.
What I'm doing now is more adaptable to working from home and as far as exercise. I'm in an apartment building, on the 4th floor, no elevator, and no way to buzz clients into the building. So my exercise is the stairs and quite a few times, it's been 5 times in one day.

Very good points of pros and cons!
