Je viens d'apprendre par hasard que notre entreprise a cessé les cotisations patronales abondées au plan 401(k) mi-mai. Apparemment, elles ont été arrêtées après avoir déclaré faillite. Et puis, personne n'a été prévenu. C'est vraiment dégueulasse ! Leurs cotisations n'étaient pas énormes, mais environ 130 $ par mois. Pourtant, c'est l'un des soi-disant « avantages » de travailler chez eux. Ils font vraiment en sorte qu'il soit plus difficile pour les gens de rester et de travailler pour eux !
