It's been a week now and I had 1 cheat day which I justified bc I hit up a track workout (ofcourse I forgot to take Pic for workout challenge) anyway track was at 10 and my eating period is 9 to 7 so I ate b4 9 to give it time to digest b4 I ran. Weight wise when I started I was 207 but that was after a weekend binge so this a.m. I weighed in at 205, not breaking any records but I was happy that the usual weekend binge did not take its toll and am excited to see what this week brings me in at. Also the fasting has made it so I fill fuller faster and I may cut my time by a half hr at beginning and end
