    Ive tried counting calories by useing my phones health app. Its nice but you have to keep at it and stick to it..   i dont have thr control for that.

    I wouldn't try to restrict yourself unless your literally only eating junk, like carbs and fats aren't bad for you! They are there for a reason! Just dont eat a doughnut every morning for breakfast 😅😅

    78. If someone isn't active, all they need is 1500 Calories a day. I write all my foods and calories in my notes on my phone. Try to stay between 1500 & 2000 (500 less than what my body burns).
