      I know my coworker is an idiot. I call him out on his bullshit and he gets mad. This is how he reacted today.

      That phrase is ridiculous. Being the bigger person by letting someone bully you is called being weak. 
I stand up for myself. I don't throw punches but I will let him know that I'm not his friend.
