6. Quel est votre petit-déjeuner sain préféré ?

D'habitude, je saute le petit-déjeuner, mais j'essaie de commencer à en prendre, car c'est bon pour la santé ! En ce moment, je mange des flocons d'avoine avec des graines de chia et de lin.

    Io colazione la faccio sempre... Latte macchiato, 2 fette biscottate con miele e marmellata, qualche biscotto.. durante il we, considerando che ho più tempo, mi concedo anche uno yogurt

    If you like oatmeal, try either 5 or 7 grain hot cereals. They have the texture element of oatmeal (that can be big for some people) as well. There are other hot cereals like grits, cream of wheat or rice. Those are softer and creamier in texture. With these you can add fruit to them to boost the nutrition.  These are mostly my winter cereals. Summer time I got lighter, maybe a couple of the individual portions of yogurt; smoked salmon and cracker (today's breakfast); eggs, bacon, and crackers (I know, not very healthy but I do make up for it later in the day); or just crackers depending on how hungry I actually am. I also can't eat first thing after getting up. It's actually almost 2 hours afterwards when I'm hungry.
