Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu un compte suspendu ? J'ai presque 15 000 pièces et lorsque je veux échanger un bon d'achat, il me dit que mon compte a été suspendu. J'écris des e-mails au support depuis presque un mois, mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse. Que dois-je faire ? Merci pour vos réponses.

    Il supporto clienti non ha mai funzionato se ti hanno sospeso l'account molto probabilmente si sono accorti di qualcosa che non va come per esempio l'utilizzo di una rete vpn oppure di un dispositivo per generare passi

    Took me two months of 2-3 emails per week to get in unlocked. So you may want to flood them with emails.

    My account isn't suspended but I can't access it on the community so might as well be suspended as you can't join challenge. This is a new account.My old account I logged in via Facebook and now it's just locked. I have no advice but mutual sympathy at the crap update. Keep trying and maybe one day it might be resolved
