Jusqu'à présent, j'ai utilisé mes points pour obtenir 15 $ sur Amazon. Au début, ils sont crédités sur mon compte, puis le lendemain, lorsque je vais acheter des articles, mon solde est à 0 $. Du coup, les points/l'argent disparaissent-ils s'ils ne sont pas dépensés au plus vite ?

    Did you add the balance to your Amazon account? I alway put the balance to my Amazon account when I redeemed just to be safe.

      There has been three times that I have added $5 to my Amazon account, it shows up that the money has loaded on my Amazon account. I don't spend the money right away but after a day or two I go to buy something and my account balance has been emptied

      If that is the case then that is Amazon problem. If you added the balance to our Amazon account already. You should get with Amazon to se what is going on.

      There has been three times I've loaded $5 onto my Amazon account right after I load the points onto my Amazon account I check the balance to make sure money has been loaded to my account. I don't buy things right away but after a couple days when I find something I do want to buy when I go to pay the price, my account has been switched to zero
