J'ai dû supporter une douleur vraiment étrange au poignet toute la journée ! J'ai l'impression que mon tendon est enflammé, mais je n'ai rien fait. Ce n'est même pas ma main dominante, ça a commencé de nulle part.

Do you use that hand to view your phone/tablet? Sometimes I get pains in various places on my left arm because of the way I hold my phone or lean on it for a long time.
