Je viens de terminer ma promenade du soir avec mon mari. Il y avait beaucoup de brouillard ce soir-là. J'étais un peu maussade et déprimée, mais après cette promenade, je me suis sentie mieux. C'est vendredi. Bon vendredi à tous !

21.10 - I'm sorry you had a bad Friday. Nature and the activity itself help release endorphins to make you feel better. And maybe hubby helped? My SO makes it worse about 80% of the time so I walk alone.
