Pâtisserie...

J'aimerais beaucoup cuisiner, mais je rencontre toujours des problèmes ! 💔 Avant, je cuisinais mes cookies au four grille-pain et ils étaient parfaits. Avec ma nouvelle cuisinière/mon nouveau four, ils ne cuisent jamais complètement et brûlent. Les gâteaux sont presque cuits au centre, tandis que l'extérieur brûle presque au bout d'une heure ! Comment est-ce possible ?! Je veux juste faire de bonnes choses.

 

J'ai même un thermomètre de four à garder à l'intérieur tout le temps, mais je suppose qu'il y a d'autres facteurs contribuant aux échecs dont je ne suis pas au courant.

    That's in a new stove/oven? Maybe you can learn to adjust time and temperature. It seems like all ovens are a little different.

    Everyday a new day problems don't happen every time u decide to bake u better bake that cake there s so much time available focus on the hood you can bake in the morning or a night. So much time

    Sounds like the location of the heating elements is the issue. Or even the fan. With the thermometer, start checking just where the hot and cold points (even off by 1 or 2 degrees can make a differrnce) the corners first then make your way to the middle. That way you can adjust the position of your food. Also, does the toaster oven have a convection setting? Try that instead of bake.
