I have sent multiple emails to them about the same issue, with no reply. If u want to give it a try, the email address is: support@cashwalk.io
If you press on the theee lines at the top left then press settings (the squiggly circle) top right you will see the option contact us. Press that you can send an email.

Support put a post up in the Notices section about contacting them. They suggest using the app and going to: Cashwalk App > Menu > Setting> ”Contact Us“. This still only sends an email, but it does include some extra details about your phone and the app which thye might find useful. (TBH, I'm not really sure that this will be better than any other method of contacting them.)

I haven't had luck contacting them. But I've only tried once, maybe twice.
Thanks everyone. Have sent them a message but seems I shouldn't hold out much hope for a reply! Will give it a couple of days and then leave a review as others have suggested. Been waiting forever to get a £5 voucher and can't even get that now 🙄
Not sure but I found the uk app and others then I download the uk one.
I used to get replies from CS before the app update but now they don't care and don't reply. I left a bad review and don't think they care about that either. I think I am just going to concentrate on the better apps winwalk and macadam
