La pleine lune d'aujourd'hui est appelée « Lune des moissons ». La pleine lune des moissons de septembre apparaîtra après le coucher du soleil, le 17 septembre. Son apogée est à 22 h 34 (heure de l'Est). Cette année, on l'appelle aussi « Super Lune ».

    Just copied the information below!Why Is It Called the Harvest Moon? Usually, Full Moon names reflect the time of year they happen. And, true enough, the Harvest Moon graces the skies in the harvest season in the Northern Hemisphere. There is also an astronomical reason why the Full Moon closest to the autumnal equinox is called the Harvest Moon.
