Nous avons commandé un demi-canard rôti avec quelques autres plats pour le dîner, lorsque ma sœur était en ville. C'était une offre spéciale à 9,99 $ US proposée par le restaurant et c'était vraiment délicieux. La sauce était une délicieuse sauce orange-gingembre. Inutile de préciser que le canard a été dévoré rapidement.

I find the meat more flavorful than chicken. Maybe it's just the marinade or sauces. Good Chinese restaurants make roast duck.

It was a special occasion since my sister was in town so all the siblings chipped in and paid for dinner with our Dad being guest of honor. He paid for dim sum last week. 😊

Oh man, that sounds absolutely delicious! A half roast duck with a few other dishes for dinner must've been a feast! And for only $9.99, that's a steal. The orange ginger sauce sounds like the perfect pairing for the duck. I'm not surprised that the duck was eaten quickly – it's irresistible. Sometimes you just gotta indulgence in some good food!
