Cardio M5

Cardio M5J'ai surtout fait du cardio ce week-end. J'ai parcouru 7,2 km sur un tapis de course incliné. Ça m'a vraiment fait transpirer !

    4.5 miles is impressive! I could never do that I always get off the treadmill after 1 mile haha. My go to is weight lifting and strength exercises but I know I should do more cardio
