    21.77 - That's usually all I ever get. It is VERY rare for me to get anything more. Are you getting/using the "double your coin" option?

      21.78 - It could be. You could try clearing cache, making sure app is up to date, force stopping the app and restarting it, restarting your phone, and if all else fails uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, you could just wait a bit. Sometimes it sorts itself out. Sorry I don't have any definitive answers.

    I will get one or two times but so far been 5 and up almost everyday.

    The same is happening to me. I don't know what the issue is. For me, it's been 4 days in a row.
