J'en ai marre que cette appli me prenne mes pièces ! À chaque fois que j'approche les 10 000 pièces, elle me fait retomber à un peu plus de 9 000 pièces ! À qui puis-je en parler ? C'est vraiment chiant ! J'essaie d'économiser pour Noël, mais comment faire, vu qu'elle ne me laisse pas dépasser les 10 000 pièces ? Quelqu'un d'autre a déjà vu ses pièces baisser ? Ça m'arrive tout le temps.

I've never had them take my coins I've gotten to 19,000 coins several times.

That's what I was going for, I wanted to get up to 20k b4 I cashed anything out. Everyone keeps asking why don't I just cash out at 3k.. well I didn't know they were going to take my coins on me for one and then when they did I figured ok maybe it's just a one time glitch or something but it's been more than twice now.

If they are robbing you a thousand coins then why aren't you just cashing out for the 3000 coins. I didn't even know there was a 10,000 threshold I thought everything was 3000 coins

Because I was saving them, I didn't wanna use til Xmas. Which I realize is here now, just frustrated I should be able to save as many coins and cash out whenever I want. And no, the 5 dollar cards are 3k coins they also have 10 dollar ones, 15, 20 they go up, you're supposed to be able to save to get the higher gift cards. Sry for my rant just a lil annoyed with the app.

They have 5, 10, and 15 dollar gift cards.

Don't save your coins. Cash out as soon as you get enough for a gift card.

I didn't want the 5 dollar gift card, I was saving to get the higher gift cards for xmas... while I could do that it's just annoying that I would have to, just sucks when one day you have 10200 coins and you wake up to 9 k coins again.

I STILL haven't used any coins and noe im down to a lil over 4k coins i should have well over 20k coins.. Will probably delete app unless someone knows if there is a tech support I could talk to so I can resolve tge issue. At this point its just wasting storage on my phone.
