Contact them about it. There's some kind of bug worth the app that they need to fix. My steps are resetting to zero after it reaches between 40-50 steps. Noticed it yesterday, haven't started walking today yet to check.
Après un certain temps sans prêter attention à mes points, je sais avec certitude qu'après 3 à 4 mois, j'aurais dû avoir suffisamment de points pour quelque chose comme si je faisais attention, tous les 2 à 3 mois, j'en avais assez pour les échanger contre une carte-cadeau de 5 $
