Le compte est bloqué lorsque j'essaie d'envoyer un texto

J'accumule des points et quand je veux les utiliser, il est indiqué bloqué. Je dois vous contacter. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il est bloqué.

    Not sure I follow? Your phone number is blocked when you try to redeem a gift card? Or you’re trying to message someone and they blocked you? Latter part is pretty self explanatory but not sure.

      It’s support@cashwalk.io but I would go to my profile on my phone and go to the contact us option. It automatically fills in the app version and your phone so they are aware of all your information right in the email to them
