For those of you who tried the Luck of the Irish frappe that Starbucks was advertising during St. Patrick's Day this year. Personally, I really liked it so I tried to re-create it myself now that the promo is gone.
Basically, you should just modify the matcha crème Frappuccino. I ordered a Venti here. For extra matcha tea flavour, I added six scoops instead of four. It's quite a sweet drink because you will line the cup with caramel sauce. Add caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream. And the finishing touch will be the caramel crunch topping which really brings the drink together.
Because it is so sweet with all the caramel, I changed the classic syrup to none. It's one of my favourite drinks at Starbucks because not only does it look pretty, it taste great too. With this heat wave a cold drink is just what the doctor ordered.
