The Schwinn AD6 has been a very good at- home exercise equipment, especially during times when I can't exercise outside, like in the rain or snow. The bike has a good rspeed and is very consistent. The seat is comfortable and it is relatively easy to maintain a consistent workout. All in all, this is a very solid piece of home equipment. 4 stars.
