La salade de chou de Moishe est, sans conteste, la meilleure. Elle existe en deux versions : crémeuse et originale (huile et vinaigre).
Je préfère l'original, mais le crémeux est excellent aussi.
I should note that it seems to have changed recently. The cabbage is chopped up a bit more finely and the slaw itself has a slightly yellow tint to it. It was, in all honesty, better before these changes were introduced, but it is stil the reigning coleslaw champ.
