I usually have toasties with corned beef and eggs. And sometimes having them with butter is great as well.
Nouvelle saveur aujourd'hui : fromage, corned-beef et chutney d'oignons rouges. J'ai été assez surprise par son goût. Même si le chutney était un peu fort. Et vous, quelles saveurs de croque-monsieur aimez-vous ?

I've never heard them called toasties. I just called them grilled cheese sandwiches. I do love a good jalapeño popper grilled cheese. Have you ever tried making one with mayonnaise on the outside instead of butter?
