Avez-vous déjà fait des bagels vous-même ? J'en faisais deux fois par semaine auparavant. Cependant, je les trouvais trop moelleux. :-( Auriez-vous des idées pour m'améliorer ?

      No it's not ready difficult but it takes times for waiting for the dough double up twice

    Homemade bagels are the best. They are the softest, most tastiest pieces of bread.  I like the blueberry bagels

      I used bread flour to make it

      You can mixed plain flour and bread flour or need more time for bulk ferment.

      Good luck, there are some receipts online you can try and find the one good for you. Because the temperature also have an impact on that.
