J'ai subi une opération il y a six jours. Je n'ai pas le droit d'aller nager et j'ai un chien. Je ne peux donc pas rester assise toute la journée, et certaines positions me font mal. Mon anxiété, mon TDAH, ma réaction aux traumatismes et mon signe de feu triple m'empêchent de rester assise.

i am recovered completely. then a few days ago my dog saw a cat. took off and i almost ended up face first in a ditch of rocks. i was sliding as well and leaning into it... so i threw myself down into the grass and dug my heels stopping her. i pulled my left bicep.. lmao its been fiive days the soreness is almost gone. haha. i can at least ride my bike today!
