I always drink a monster before I work out!
I absolutely love monsters, they pep you up so fast. I know that many people think they are bad for you, I disagree.
They are full of vitamins. L-Carnitine, which helps the body turn fast into energy. Taurine, which helps with the brain. And it also contains many B vitamins.
Yes they get you energized, but I feel if you don't drink more then one a day it's not bad. Drink in moderation. But with only 230 calories, it's a good drink to get your workout in motion.
There are 35 flavors so you can find your own taste, from Orange Dream, to Strawberries and Cream.
I prefer the original flavor, that's my go to. The orange is pretty good also, but I always go fo the GREEN.
