I do CrossFit competitions. I train nearly everyday. But I use preworkout only since last year.
My preworkout is very cheap and consists only of two ingredients: Diet Coke and creatine.
Creapure is a type of creatine monohydrate and it is considered the best form of creatine because it is 99,99% creatine monohydrate.
It is suggested to take creatine with some sugar, so it can be better absorbed. But I like taking it with Diet Coke and something I like to eat before the workout.
Why I don't like other preworkout? I think they contains too much ingredients; in the mont cases I don't like the flavor. Instead if I take only creatine I can mix it with whatever I want and I could change.
Additionally, when I take creatine with coke, I take caffein to increase efficiency and reduce tiredness. If I use normal coke with sugar I would have glucose ready for exercise, too.
