Je prends cet oméga 3 depuis des mois, ce qui, je pense, aide à soulager ma sécheresse oculaire.
Je ne pense pas que l'effet se fera sentir immédiatement dès la première prise, mais cela finira par aider un peu.

I am glad it is helping you.

I've been educated to supplement 6-month consistently before giving up. Because they are not medicine to work immediately. Glad you feel the difference sooner.

Yes. It takes time to build up and I can tell when I skip. :( I was recommended by a passerby (I work in retail) that she was taking dry eye vitamins. After work, I went to find them; the only major ingredient was fish oil (so-to-speak). So, I skipped the specialized supplements.
A retired eye Dr, told me he uses Krill instead of fish oil due to the unknown, trace amounts of mercury in fish oil. I made the switch three days ago. My coworker also uses krill instead.

I try to get omega 3 by eating fish but I only have it 1-2 times per week. Perhaps I also should supplement it too. 🤔

I'm considered too young for the disease but when I asked a pharmacist about adding fish oil to my daily vitamin, she agreed. Every doctor is very adamant about taking it. Anyhow, the pharmacist told me I would never be able to eat enough that is required.

I absolutely won't go without it; I accidentally over commented here but I did just switch to Krill which I explained. Dry eye sucks honestly and so many ppl have it. For me, it was the burning and it went over looked for two eye exams. Even after saying I wanted the pain or burning to stop.
