Yes been happening to me repeatedly lost 85 coins yesterday and lost more today
pourquoi est-ce que mes pièces continuent à me être retirées alors que j'en ai déjà sur mon compte, j'en avais plus de 1700 et maintenant j'en ai perdu plus de 100, genre "qu'est-ce que c'est que ce bordel, ce n'est pas cool, cette journée peut-elle être pire ?"... ça a été un problème en cours

Possibly they were expired Coins?

Heather, they expire if not used within a year. The app needs to be fixed as this is happening every day.

I agree it's so frustrating I literally have had almost 200 coins in the past 2 days taken from me I could have cashed out too very frustrating this app can't get it together ....idk hopefully it'll get fixed and I get my coins back that was taken from me ...I'm trying to be optimistic 🤷♀️

Yeah see that funny I thought it was me and I thought I counted wrong, but then this morning I had 196 coins and I only got like 80 of them cuz when I'm walking it's shows the coins on a treasure box while ur walking, then u click them to get them in ur account and if I had gotten all the coins I was supposed to get I would've been able to cash out but the app took some coins so thats how I finally noticed it. If I wasn't trying to cash out I probably wouldn't have notice it either 🤷♀️

Yes, same here, I have noticed that I am losing coins randomly, like at least 100 at a time, and I have only started this for not even 6 months. And sucks that nobody response even if you email them.

I agree I have been trying to get in touch with them and nothing ...it super frustrating on how many coins I've had taken from me and could've cashed out by now....I even tried calling them but the number they have wouldn't go through hope it gets fixed ....trying to be optimistic
