      Instead of ground meat, substitute rice pilaf, couscous, any ground meat substitutes, almost anything you want. I can even see tofu as a stuffing also. Almost anything you want.
      -- blanch the Chinese cabbage leaves first to make them pliable
      -- place your stuffing towards the stem part and wrap the rest of the leaves around it as tightly as you can.
      -- can steam or poach in vegetable stock for 25 minutes or until the stuffing is fully cooked.
