Substitut de viande

Mon fils mange ça à la place de la viande. Il n'y a pas de cholestérol, j'en mets dans mes pâtes. Si on s'attend à de la viande, c'est toujours décevant, mais le mélange assaisonné est vraiment bon.Substitut de viande

      No it tastes like garlic and onion.  My husband will sometimes add a small amount of beef when he is cooking for himself.   A little bit of beef gives a lot of meat flavor.     If looking for a more beef flavor, try impossible beef.

    I've had some vegan and vegetarian dishes. Outside the need of serious (like almost over doing it) seasoning in the various dishes, to me, some of the alternatives have metallic after taste, and that's with heavy seasoning.
