J'essayais d'utiliser mes récompenses et il m'a été indiqué que j'avais atteint ma limite et que je n'en avais fait qu'une seule. Et je fais quelque chose de mal ? Merci de ne répondre que si vous avez quelque chose de gentil à dire. Nous sommes des seniors et nous n'avons personne pour nous aider. Merci d'avance.

I think you can only do one 5 dollar gift card at a time

I got that the other day when I hadn't redeemed that day yet either. I just kept trying every couple of hours and it righted itself later that day. It might just be a glitch in the system. Try it a little later and see if it works. Good luck! (Fellow senior here).

You can only redeem once every 24 hours. Since the points from your account might drop suddenly or the price of gift cards raise randomly I do not recommend building up enough points for more than one gift card at a time
