Je viens de prendre rendez-vous pour me faire vacciner et on m'a proposé de choisir entre un vaccin à ARNm et un vaccin sans ARNm. Ça vous intéresse de savoir lequel choisir et pourquoi ?

Not sure but I think the mRNA covers all the corvid variants plus flu. As far as being vaccinated, I don't do flu shots. Everyone I know that had ever gotten it, not only got the flu but got it worse than if the never had the shot. I did get the original corvids but none since.
